    Questions business owners ask

    Who is Empowner for?

    Owners of small businesses — stores, bakeries, offices and service businesses — who want their website, booking, billing and customer messages handled without hiring tech staff. We're based in New York and work with business owners anywhere in the US.

    Who owns the website and accounts?

    You do. Your website, domain, accounts and data are in your own name and always stay yours. The smart parts — AI replies, chat and reports — run on our side as part of your plan.

    Will the AI answer my emails without me seeing them?

    Not at first. For the first week it only writes drafts for you to read. After your OK, it sends polite first answers — never to ads or suppliers.

    Can the AI say something private?

    Every automatic answer passes a privacy check. If it would name something on your private list (like a supplier or your cell), it simply isn't sent.

    Do I need to be technical?

    No. You do a few taps on your phone; we do everything else and show you around.

    Can I start small and add later?

    Yes. Start with Basic (the smallest plan) and add one more system or feature whenever you want, at its price on the list. Or move up to Pro or Full — you only pay the difference in setup, and the new monthly price starts with your next bill.

    How do I pay?

    After a short call we send you an order form and a bill: half the one-time setup to start, the rest at hand-over, then the monthly fee each month. Pay by card, bank transfer or check. Pay yearly and get 2 months on us.

    What if a payment is late?

    We send a friendly reminder, then a second one and a final notice. If a bill is still open 14 days after the due date, the systems we run for you pause with a polite notice (nothing is deleted). Pay, and everything is back on the same day.

    Is there a contract?

    A short one: a minimum of 6 months after hand-over, then month to month. Pay yearly and get 2 months on us.

    When can I reach support?

    Sunday to Thursday 9 AM–6 PM, Friday 9 AM–12 PM, closed Saturday and Jewish holidays (Eastern Time). Your systems keep running around the clock.

    What does the AI cost?

    Nothing extra. The AI is included in every plan — we cover it. There are no keys for you to set up and no separate AI bill.
